General Ledger Interface All Setup

Instead of pulling each module interface individually, Interface All can be setup to pull multiple modules at one time.

When Interface All is setup, Interface All is the first option on the Pull Interfaces menu.

NAVIGATION: SETTINGS menu > GL Settings

1. Go to the System Information tab
2. In the Combined Interface section, enter the modules in the Module Listing field.
3. Modules need listed with a comma between each program, i.e., AP,PR,AR,UB,IN,SA,TA
   1. With this example: AP,PR,AR,UB,IN,SA,TA, the following programs would interface when the Interface All button is used
      1. AP Accounts Payable
      2. PR Payroll
      3. AR Accounts Receibale
      4. UB Utility Billing
      5. IN Inventory
      6. SA Section 8
      7. TA Tenant Management
4. Click SAVE.
5. Exit/log out of the program.
6. When you log back in, the Pull Interfaces menu will include Interface All as the first option.
