This program is a list and label print dialog box that is opened when printing or previewing a merge template.
The default printer option is displayed. Press the Change... button to open a Print Setup dialog box to select a different printer.
The Change... button will open the Print Setup dialog box to allow selection of another printer.
Usually defaults to Printer. Click the down arrow for other options. The option most used is Previwe.
Opens a Print Setup dialog box.
Has not been activated for the Payroll program. Leave at 1.
Has not been activated for the Payroll program. Leave at All.
Leave at "All Selected Pages".
Press the Start button to preview or print.
Press the Cancel button to close the Print Options dialog box.
The default printer is displayed. Press the down arrow to see a list of printers that are available.
Press the Properties button to open a dialog box for the selected printer. The properties and settings that are displayed are based on the printer that is selected.
Based on the printer selected, the paper size, orientation and source may be available.
Click OK when Print Setup is complete.
