How to Attach a Document

In the Horizon software module, open the program that has the Attachment tab.  For example, the Vendor Master or the Employee Master.  Documents may be added or scanned into the software.

How to Scan a Document

Open the Attachment tab

Note:  If you checked Enable Advanced Selections, the scanner settings dialog box will pop up.  (Please be aware, these settings will vary depending on your scanner.)  Your settings should give an option for something like "Scan Size" or "Paper Size or Type".  For a packet or single page that is all legal, select legal.  For a mixed packet with different paper sizes containing Lette and Legal, select Entrie Scan Area.
