This program is used to setup and maintain facility codes for Rent Reasonableness. If "Using Rent Reasonableness" is unchecked in Section 8 Settings, this program/menu option will not be available.
At the top of the view are functions such as save and clear. For more information on functions click here.
Enter or select a Code to view or edit. To setup a new facility code enter a unique alphanumeric code of your own choosing.
When an existing code is selected, the previously entered Description will be displayed. The description may be edited.
When setting up a new code, enter a Description of the facility.
Enter a Score for the facility.
