How to Edit a Unit

Go to Maintain>>Section 8 Tables>> Unit Master

To pull up an existing unit you may:

• Enter or select the project number

• Enter or select the unit/tenant number

• OR

• Enter or select the Unit/Tenant information and the project number will fill in as well.

Once the unit has been selected, update or overwrite any information except key values and save.

OR

The unit master may also be pulled up from a tenant record in the Section 8 Tenant Master

Go to Maintain>>Tenants (Active)>>Quick Link>>Unit Information

• When the Unit Master is pulled up from a tenant's file, the tenant's unit will already be displayed in the Unit Master..

• Edit or update the unit information and save.
