Go to Settings>>Rent Reasonableness Settings
This program is only available when the "Using Rent Reasonableness" box is checked in Section 8 Management.
This program is used to enter settings and track information used with Rent Reasonableness.
At the top of the view are functions such as Quick Link and Clear. For more information on functions click here.
This field tracks the last unit number used in the Rent Reasonableness program.
After the initial entry to begin unit numbering, this field should only be adjusted when instructed by Horizon personnel.
Select one of the following options:
Last Name/First Name
First Name/Last Name
Enter score adjustments in the appropriate fields.
Enter the adjusting entries and then click the "Rebuild Unit Scores" button.
Each of the following fields may have an adjustment factor entered:
Bedroom Size - Increment
Year Constructed - Increment - Same LT - Same GT
Square Footage - Increment
Unit Type
Location
Book
Gross Rent - Increment
Click the Rebuild Unit Scores button after filling in the adjustment fields to complete the process of rebuilding unit scores.
