Go to Maintain>>Rent Reasonableness Tables>>Room Master
This program is used to setup and maintain room information for rent reasonableness. If "Using Rent Reasonableness" is unchecked in Section 8 Settings, this program/menu option will not be available.
At the top of the view are functions such as save and close. For more information on functions click here.
For an existing room, select the room to view or edit.
To setup a new room code, enter a unique code of your own choosing.
For an existing room, the Description will be displayed and may be edited.
For a new room, enter a Description for the room code.
