Go to Maintain>>Rent Reasonableness Tables>>Service Master
This program is used to setup and maintain service codes for rent reasonableness. If "Using Rent Reasonableness" is unchecked in Section 8 Settings, this program/menu option will not be available.
At the top of the view are functions such as Save and Close. For more information on functions click here.
Enter or select a Code to view or edit. To setup a new service code enter a unique alphanumeric code of your own choosing.
When an existing code is selected, the previously entered Descriptionwill be displayed. The description may be edited.
When setting up a new code, enter a Description of the facility.
Enter a Score for the service.
