Go to Lists>>Tax Tracking Listing
This program will generate a list showing tax information, that has been setup and tracked in the unit master, based on the selection criteria entered.

Select a Project for the list or leave blank for generate a list for all projects. When a Project is selected, the Project Name will be displayed.
Select a Sort Order by clicking in the desired option for the report:
Tenant Number
Tenant Name
Landlord Number
Enter or select a beginning date for the reexamination range or leave blank.
Enter or select a beginning date for the reexamination range or leave blank.
Enter or select a Caseworker code for the list or leave blank if Caseworkers are not used or not needed for the list.
Enter a checkmark in the box if the list is to be grouped by Caseworkers.
Enter the Tax Year for the list, this is a required selection option.
Checkmark the Not Paid Only checkbox to generate a list that does not include paid tax information.
Checkmark the Create Merge Interface box if a merge letter is to be printed based on the information on the list.
Click the Clear Selections button to remove information from the fields.
Click the Preview button to view the report on screen. The report may be printed from within the preview screen. Click here for more preview details.
Click the Print Setup button to bring up a print dialog box. Select the printer and click the Print button to send it to the printer.
Click the Print button to bring up the print setup dialog box. Select the printer and click ok to send the report to the printer.
Click the Cancel button to close the program without printing the list.
