  1. When you click the navigation link, a new window will appear prompting you to enter a four-digit code.
  2. Enter the four-digit code that the Horizon representative gives you. Press ENTER.
  3. Follow the directions to run the connection you may see the image below. If the connection does not complete, you may need to click the link at the bottom TRY NEXT OPTION.
  4. When connected, we will have control of your computer/see the same issue you are experiencing.
