This program is available from two areas:
Go to Maintain>>Tenants (Active)>>Quick Link>>View Work Orders
Go to Inquiries>>Work Order Viewer
This program will display work orders entered in the Horizon Maintenance Management Module. When opened from a tenant's file using the Quick Link menu in the Tenant Master, the Tenant will be selected.
The work order report can also be opened from Tenants (Active) Summary Information by clicking on the WO amount.
At the top of the program are functions such as save and delete. For more information on functions, click here.
Displays the tenant number and name of the tenant. You may select a different tenant.
Click in a circle to place a dot to indicate that you want to view work orders by Site or Tenant.
The print button brings up the Work Order History Report - by Tenant report.
The tenant will be selected and displayed
The end date will be the current date
All Categories will be selected. The selections may be changed.
Completed Work Orders Only may be checked.
Click the preview or print buttons to view or print the report.
Click the cancel button to close the report interface.
Work orders that have been entered for the tenant will be displayed in the window. Click on one of the displayed work orders to open the work order viewer where the work order may be viewed but not edited.
