Go to Reports>>Work Order History Reports>>By Location
This report pulls from both the Work Order Master file (Activities>>Work Order Entry) and Work Order History (Inquiries>>Work Order History).
The report selections information based on the following work order information:
If Completed Work Orders Only is unchecked as a report option:
The Work Order Date Requested is within the date range selected and Date Completed is blank
This will include work orders that have not been completed but are within the date range on the report
The Work Order Date Completed is within the date range selected
This will include work orders that have been completed within the date range on the report
The Work Order is not voided
If Completed Work Orders Only is checked as a report option:
The Work Order Date Completed is within the date range selected
The Work Order is not voided
At the top of the view are report options such as Preview and Print.
Enter or select a Location Code for the report.
Address lines 1 and 2 will be displayed for the selected location.
Enter or select a beginning date for the report range.
Enter or select an ending date for the report range.
The program defaults to having all categories selected. Click in one or more of the checked boxes to remove and unselect a category. Clicking a second time will reinsert the checkmark.
Click the Select All button to place a checkmark in all categories.
Click the Unselect All button to remove all the category checkmarks.
Place a checkmark in this field if the report should only include work orders that have a Date Completed entered.
If a default printer has been setup, the printer information will be displayed at the bottom of the view.
The reporting options are at the top of the view.
Press Preview to generate the report and open on screen. The previewed report can be saved, printed, or emailed from within the previewed document.
Press Print to send the report directly to a printer that has been setup or used within the module. If a printer has not been previously used or setup, the Print Setup dialog box will open. Select a printer and press OK to print the report.
Press Print with Setup to open a Print dialog box. Select a printer and press print.
Press Email to open an Untitled Message (HTML) dialog. The report will be attached as a pdf document. Select the email recipient, enter a subject, enter a message and press Send.
Press Export and select PDF. This will open a dialog box. Select a Save in folder option and press Save. You can rename the report if applicable.
The Clear Selections button has not been activated for this report.
When the report view has been linked to the help topic for the view, pressing this button will open the topic for the user to review. Pressing F1 will also open the report topic.
The button will not be displayed if the help topic has not been linked.
