Reset Entitlement Counters for Next Cycle

Go to Utilities>>Automated Entitlements>>Reset for Next Cycle

 

Entitlement Processing

This program will reset the employee entitlement counter for the selected cycle to prepare for the additional accumulation of entitlements such as sick or vacation time.  The reset only affects entitlements that are based on hours.  If you are not using the payroll module to track entitlements there is no need to run this program.

This would be the first step in adding entitlement time for employees for each applicable cycle.

Select a cycle code to reset.  Available Cycle Codes are as follows:

1.  Annually

2.  Quarterly

3.  Monthly

4.  Per Pay

5.  Special 1

6.  Special 2

7.  Special 3

Select the Month from the drop down list.  

When checked, this will reset entitlements based on the employee's Anniversary Month or Hire Month for the selected month based on the dates entered in the Employee Master for those fields.

Reset

Press the reset button on the Quick Links bar to begin the reset process.  The program will automatically close when it is finished.
