Go to Maintain>>Rent Reasonableness Tables>>Amenities Setup
This program is used to setup amenity information that is available in the unit. Amenities that are available for a unit may be checked in either the Rent Reasonableness Unit Master or the Unit Master.
This program/menu option will not be available if Using Rent Reasonableness is unchecked in Section 8 Settings.
At the top of the view are functions such as save and close. For more information on functions click here.
Enter or select a Code to view or edit. To setup a new amenity code enter a unique alphanumeric code of your own choosing.
When an existing code is selected, the previously entered Description will be displayed. The description may be edited.
When setting up a new code, enter a Description of the amenity.
Enter or select a room code for a new code. The room may be edited for an existing code. Rooms are setup in the Room Master.
Enter a Score for the amenity.
