Section 8 - Rent Change Processing

Go to Activities>>Section 8 Accounting Preparation

This program is not available if  "Auto Prep for Next Payment Cycle" is checked in Section 8 Settings.

This program would be the first step in the Section 8 Accounting Preparation process, if it is available, and should only be run once for each payment cycle.

Function Menu

At the top of the view are some functions such as clear and close.  For more information on functions click here.

Processing Parameters

Payment Cycle

Enter or select a payment cycle to process.

Effective Date

Enter or select an effective date.

Update

Click the update button to run the process.  When the process is complete an information box will be shown.  Click OK.

Cancel

Click the cancel button to close the program.
