Go to Maintain>>Tenants (Active)
Enter the tenant's Account Number and Tab, or enter the Last Name and select the correct Tenant and Tab
If the file is in "read only" mode go to Quick Link>>Unlock Tenant File. Select a Tracking Code and enter a modified description and click Save
Change the Effective Date to match the date of the Interim
Change Action to Interim Re-examination
Household Composition
Make changes to Household Composition
If member appears in the front Household Composition grid, double click that member…If adding a new Member, Go to Quick Link and select Household Composition
User is now in Household Composition View, if opened by double clicking on the member in the Household Composition grid, the member is selected.
If a new Member needs added, create the member… Do not enter a Member Number, this will be assigned by the program. Go through the Tabs and add all applicable information. See How to Add a Household Member for more information.
Income, Assets, or Deductions
If user needs to add an Income, Asset, or Deduction, click on Quick Link and select either Income Information, Asset Information, or Deduction Information.
If user is making a change to current Income, Assets, or Deductions, double click on that line item…Make changes and verify
Enter the new Value and Period. Tab through the fields until the Line drops into the table. May select the details button to add special information/name and address for the information

After entering Income, Asset, or Deduction, Save and Close that screen
Close the Household Composition Screen
Quick Link / Rent Calculation
From the Tenant Master Screen
Click on Quick Link
Select Rent Calculation
Make sure the Effective Date matches the Interim Date entered on the Tenant Master Screen
Press Auto Calculation one time
Verify info on Main Tab
Verify TTP Tab
Verify Rent Calculation Tab
Enter Utility Allowance and Tab
Enter Comments
Once satisfied with all figures…Save and Close
50058
Go to Quick Link >>Create 50058 Record
If there are no errors, the 50058 Validation box will be shown
Click Yes to bring up the 50058 Forms box
Make sure the correct 50058 with the correct Effective Date is highlighted
Checkmark Summary Application and or Rent Worksheet to print or leave blank to not print those forms at this time
Click Preview or Print
If the tenant's file is in "Edit Mode", the file will automatically be returned to "Read Only" mode after a 50058 is created with no errors.
If there are errors on the 50058, review the error report
Fix any noted errors and then go to Quick Link>>Create 50058 Record again
Repeat until there are no errors and the 50058 can be printed
Rent Worksheet
If the Rent Worksheet was printed during the 50058 process, this step may be skipped
Go to Quick Link>>Rent Worksheet
Click Print
Letters or Forms
Go to Quick Link>>Custom Forms and Letters
Checkmark any applicable Letters or Forms and click Print
