**Please consult the Horizon Training or Help Desk staff prior to using this feature
Go to Utilities>>Global Task Setup
Select an Area Number
Select a Community Number
The Community Number may be left blank if you want to create certifications for all communities within the specified Area.
The Next Re-Exam Date and Next Flat Rent Review boxes should be checked
Enter a Start Date and End Date
For example, if you wish to create certifications for tenants recertifying in September, enter 09/01/2014 and 09/30/2014
Under Category Selection, select ANNUAL REEXAMINATION TAKS
The Auto Update Action and Dates box should be checked
Click the Create button
The system will open the certifications. Click OK
**When the process is complete, the system will find all tenants with a next reexam date within the specified date range. The system will automatically edit the tenant master in several places:
The Effective Date will be changed to 09/01/2014
The Action will be changed to Annual Reexamination
The Next Reexam Date will be changed to 09/01/2015
The Last Reexam Date will be changed to 09/01/2014
The system will create a task under Quick Link>>Tenant Tasks
A yellow box, with the words In Process, will appear on the Main screen of the Tenant Master. This indicates that tasks need completed before the certification is completed.
