Go to Maintain>>Tenants (Active)
In the Last Name field, enter the last name of the tenant and select from the list.
If the file is in "read only" mode go to Quick Link>>Unlock Tenant File. Select a Tracking Code and/or enter a modified description and click Save
Typically, progress occurs when there is a change to income, asset or medical deductions. As a result an Interim or Annual Re-exam should be completed along with the FSS progress. The progress 50058 that is created as a result, will attach to the 50058 Interim or 50058 Annual, making this 50058 9 pages in length.
Change the Effective Date on the Main tab
Change the Action to Annual Reexamination or Interim Reexamination
Update Household Composition information
If a current member needs updated, double click on that member
If a new member needs added, go to Quick Link and select Household Composition to add the member. See How to Add a Household Member.
When updating Household information, user can update any Income, Asset, or Medical Deduction Information.
To edit an existing income, asset or deduction, double click on an entry and edit the amounts.
To add an income, asset or deduction, go to Quick Link and select Income Information, Asset Information or Deduction Information.
After updating Household Composition, return to the Tenant Master, Main screen
Go to Quick Link>>Rent Calculation
Click the Auto Calculation button one time
Review all applicable information, especially rent
Click the Save icon and Close the Rent Calculation view when done
Go to Quick Link>>FSS Worksheet
The Effective Date of Change should match the Annual or Interim date
Click Create FSS Entry
The Report Type should be Progress
Complete information on the General tab except for FSS Account Information
Complete the information on the Family Services1 tab
Complete the information on the Family Services2 tab
Verify the information on the Escrow Worksheet tab
On the Escrow Worksheet tab, click the Print Worksheet button after completing/reviewing information.
Click the General tab
Click the down arrow beside the Save icon and select Save without clearing view
Go to Quick Link>>Create FSS Record
After creating the FSS record, close the screen
From Tenant Master (Active), go to Quick Link>>Create 50058 Record
When the 50058 is created with no validation errors, the tenant's file will be returned to "Read Only" mode if it was in "Edit Mode"
Click Yes to print the 50058
The 50058 should be 9 pages in length and include the 2 pages relating to the FSS information
