Go to Activities>>Delinquency Processing>>Post Late Charges
This program is used to post late charges to the Tenant's Activity and History files.
Delinquency transactions are not applied to tenant records until they have been posted.

The selection process will vary depending upon the closing mode set in Tenant Accounting
For Global Closing there are no selections. Click the Post button to post the transactions.
The Area Number may be selected for Area Closing and Community Closing modes.
The Community Number is only available for selecting when in Community Closing mode.
When the appropriate area/community information has been selected, click the post button to begin the procedure.
A Post Late Charges information box will be shown with incrementing tenant numbers.
When the process has posted the following information box will be shown:
Click Yes to print the register (recommended)
Click No to close the program without printing the register.
Click the Cancel button to close the program.
