Go to Maintain>>Tenant Management Tables>>Standard Task Setup
This program is used to setup task that may be created automatically in Tenant Tasks. The automatic process can be constrained using categories. Please contact Horizon for assistance in setting up categories if you wish to utilize this process.
Information setup in this program may be used in the Tenant Task quick link program or in the Global Task Setup program.
At the top of the view are functions such as save and delete. For more information on functions, click here.
Enter, view or edit the Description for a task.
A Category can be assigned for each task.
A Category can be selected when tasks are created for a tenant to control which tasks are assigned.
Categories are setup in the Waiting List module using Global Table Maintenance with a type of TASKCATS
Select one of the two modes available, i.e. Household or Members
If Household is selected one task will be entered for the tenant
If Members is selected a task will be assigned for each member of the household.
Note:
A task is saved when the cursor is moved off the line of entry.
