Go to Maintain>>Recurring Work Orders
Leave Recurring Object # blank
The system will assign the number when the Recurring Work Order template is saved
Tab to Type to select one of the following:
Site
Fixed Asset
Tab to Status and select "Active",
Current recurring work order templates may be made inactive if they are no longer used
Enter or select the Site Number (enter Area, Community and Unit Number)
Tab and enter Work Order Note information. The note should be the description of the work to be done
For example: Mop 1st floor hallway
Tab and select a Category code
Tab and select the Frequency of the Recurring Work Order. Available options:
Annually
Biweekly
Daily
Monthly
Quarterly
Semi Annually
User Defined
Weekly
Enter the number of Days to Finish
Enter a checkmark in the appropriate day of the week.
For Example:
If the Frequency is Daily, the user would check all the day boxes
If the Frequency is Semi Annually, the user can perform that task on Mondays only by checking the “Monday” box
If the Frequency is Weekly, the user can check which days to perform the task
Note: When Recurring Work Orders are created, the Next Scheduled and Last Completed Dates will be updated by the system
Select one of the following Assigned To options:
Both
Contractor
Internal
Click on the Service Codes Tab
Select a Service Code from the list. Tab through the line, entering or assigning Room and Floor information if applicable, until the Service Code information drops into the Table/Grid area
Click on the Comments tab
Add general comments to the Recurring Work Order in the text area.
After adding Comments, click the arrow beside the Save icon and select “Save and clear view”.
The Recurring Work Order is now set up!
