How to Update a Closed Work Order Without Reopening

NOTE:  This tool is used to update "simple" information.  To update information related to Labor, billing or other transactions, users will have to Reopen the Work Order.  See: How to Reopen a Closed Work Order

Go to Tools>>Simple WO Update

• Verify the work order year

• Enter or select the Work Order No that is to be updated

• The Simple Work Order Update will only open areas that can be updated such as:

• • Work Order - Description of Work

  • Category

  • Dates and Time on the Main tab

  • Requested By

  • Assigned To

  • Check boxes:

  • • Permission to Enter

    • Smoke Detector Checked

    • GFI Checked

    • Housekeeping

    • Lease Violation

  • Comments

  • Work Notes

• After simple information is updated:

• • Users may click on Completed Work Order Report to print the report

  • Click the Save icon and close the view
