The program is used to setup Income Limits and Rent Information by County Code. Income Limits may be setup in other areas and this area left blank.
County codes may be assigned in the Area Master or Community Master.
Across the top of the program view are functions such as save and delete. For more information on functions click here.
Enter or select an existing county code to pull up the associated Income and Rent information.
To setup a new County Code enter a unique code up to 3 digits in length for the county.
Note:
County Code is a key field which may not be changed and should not be deleted.
View, enter or edit the description for the county code.
Enter a date that the Income Limits and Rent Information will be effective.
Note:
If you are updating income limit information for a new effective date, remember to click the Save In History button prior to changing to new Income or Rent information.
Enter new income limits that have been issued or go to www.huduser.org to find income limit information to input for your area/county.
Enter income limits per family sizes 1 to 6 in the following columns:
Low/Custom%
Very Low
Extremely Low
Click the save in history button before and after entering new income limits or Rent Information for a new effective date.
Continue to enter new income limits that have been issued . Go to www.huduser.org to find income limit information to input for your area/county.
Enter income limits per family sizes 7 to 12 in the following columns:
Low
Very Low
Extremely Low
Click the save in history button before and after entering new income limits for a new effective date.
Enter payment standards for each available bedroom size 0 - 6.
Enter Fair Market Rent information for each available bedroom size, 0 - 6.
Enter custom income limits, if applicable, with an assigned code in the grid. The following information may be entered:
