This program will generate utility reimbursements for applicable tenants.

Select a specific area and leave the community blank to generate Utility Reimbursements for all communities associated with the selected area.

A community cannot be selected if the area is left blank
Both the area and community may be left blank to generate Utility Reimbursements for all area/community combinations

Some Public Housing Agencies complete processes based on specific area and community combinations. Please follow your Housing Authorities' guidelines for reviewing and posting.
Enter or select an area or leave this field blank to generate utility reimbursements for all areas and communities.
Enter or select a community that is associated with the selected area or leave this field blank.
Enter or select an Effective Date for the transactions.
Click the Process button to calculate tenant utility reimbursements.
During the calculation process the following information box will be shown:
When the process is complete a Process Complete box will be displayed:
Click the OK button to close the box
Click the Cancel button to close the program.
