This program allows the user to review and edit utility reimbursement information for a selected area/community in a grid format.
Utility Reimbursements may also be edited in the Edit Utility Reimbursements program.

Select an area/community combination to review the created utility reimbursement information.
Enter or select an area to review.
Enter or select a community that is associated with the selected area.
The grid will display utility reimbursement information in the following columns:
Unit
TS
Tenant Name
Phone (number)
Total
Other
to Other
to Gas
to Elec
to Water
to Sewer
Place a check mark in this field to have the grid restricted to displaying tenants with amounts in the Other Due column.
Click the review account button after highlighting a tenant record to bring up their Tenant Activity for review.
