Go to Activities>>Utility Reimbursement Processing>>Post Utility Reimbursements
This program is used to post the created utility reimbursement and or edited transactions to the tenant's Activity and History files.

Select a specific area and leave the community blank to Post Utility Reimbursements for all communities associated with the selected area.
Select an area and a community to Post Utility Reimbursements for the selected community
A community cannot be selected if the area is left blank
Both the area and community may be left blank to Post Utility Reimbursements for all area/community combinations
Note:
Some Public Housing Agencies post based on specific area and community combinations. Please follow your Housing Authorities' guidelines for reviewing and posting transactions.
Enter or select an area to post or leave this field blank to post for all areas/communities.
Enter or select a community that is associated with the selected area or leave this field blank.
Click the Post button to begin the process of posting the created utility reimbursement transactions.
As the post is proceeding an information box will be shown:
When the posting has finished a Process Complete information box will be shown:
Click the "Yes" button to print the Utility Reimbursement Register. (Recommended)
Click "No" to close the information box without printing the register.

Click the Cancel button to close the posting program.
