Time Card Register

Payroll Processing

This program will generate a report of time card information from the Time Card Entry program based on the selections made.

Function Bar

At the top of the view are the following functions:

• Preview

• Print

• Print with Setup

• Email

• Export

• Clear Selections

Selections

Place a check mark in one or both of the employee types to include on the register.  Options are:

• Hourly Employee

• Salary Employee

Report Options

Print Entitlement Warnings

Place a check mark in the box to have entitlement warnings included on the Time Card Register.

Print High Hours/Amounts Warnings

Place a check mark in the box to have warnings regarding high earnings included on the Time Card Register.

Print High Individual Earnings Warnings

Place a check mark in the box to have high individual warnings displayed on the Time Card Register.

Note:  High hourly tolerance levels must be set in the Earnings Master for each hourly earning code that you want shown on the report.
