Voucher Selection by Due Date

Go to Activities>>Check Processing>>Voucher Selection>>Voucher Selection by Due Date

This program will select vouchers by due dates that fall within the date range entered.

Cycle Selection

Cycle

Enter or select a payment cycle.

Description

The description of the selected cycle will be displayed in this field.

Selection Criteria

Payment Date

Enter or select the date the vouchers are to be paid.

Start Due Date

Enter or select a date to begin the selection process by due date.

End Due Date

Enter or select a date to end the selection process by due date.

Process

Click the Process button to select vouchers by the information entered.

Cancel

Click the Cancel button to close the program.
