Go to Activities>>Delinquency Processing>>Late Charge Edit List
This program is used to generate an edit list for the selected Area and Community for the charges that were created during the Create Last Charges process.

Selection options will vary depending upon the closing mode your program is set for.
An Area Number may be selected for any of the modes to view edit list information.
In Global Closing mode the area and community may be left blank to view an edit list containing all area/community combinations.
In Area and Community Closing mode an area must be selected for the edit list.
A Community Number may be selected for any of the modes to view an edit list for a specific area and community.
In Global and Area Closing mode the community may be left blank to view an edit list for all communities within a selected area.
In Community Closing mode an area must be selected for the edit list.
Enter a check mark in the Create Merge Interface if merge letters will be printed based on the information in the report.
Click the Clear Selections button to remove information selected for the edit list. Alternate selections may then be made.
Click the Preview button to view the edit list on screen. The edit list may be printed from within the preview screen.
Click the Print button to bring up the print dialog box. Select the printer and click ok to send the edit list to the printer.
Click the Cancel button to close the program.
