Pre-Statement Processing

Go to Activities>>End of Month Processing>>Pre-Statement Processing

Except when in Cash Receipts\Open Item Mode, this program will purge all of the Tenant Activity File and create a new balance brought forward entry in Tenant Activity based on the Last Statement Date entered.

In Open Item Mode, running the Pre-Statement process will clear all transactions and charges that have been paid.

This process does not affect Tenant History.

Note:

It is recommended that when in Class Mode (found in Settings>>Tenant Accounting>>Cash Receipts Setup>>Cash Receipt Mode), the Tenant Management Snapshot report and the Security Deposit Register be run prior to running Pre-Statement Processing.

The Security Deposit Register should be run for all other modes.
